Wanted: 2010 Seniors

I'm in the process of totally redoing my blog! With the suggestions of some of my photography friends, I've decided to change it in order to make it a little more professional looking. If you notice too, I apparently was having a bad spelling day when I made the header on the blog. I spelled PHOTOGRAPHY wrong! How the heck did that happen!? :-) So, look for the changes coming soon!!


2010 SENIOR SPECIAL!



Since my photography business is fairly new, I am needing some 2010 Seniors to add to my portfolio! With that said, I'm offering TEN free sessions on a first come first serve basis. The sessions will be 30min and at a location of my choice (OKC metro &/or surrounding areas). After the session, I will have online viewing/sneak peek of the photos. MAXON TURNS ONE!

Over the weekend I had an awesome time hanging out with my best friend DK from good 'ole FHS! We had some tasty Mexican food then tried our luck at the casino! We didn't walk away millionaires, but we have a one in a million friendship (okay, pretty corny, but it's true)! We topped the night off with a yummy hot totty at sandy cove and hours of catching up. Thanks for the great night RITA, PICKLE PUSS, and 15!!! Only WE know what that really means! Looks like our parents survived a night with all the kiddos. Guess that means we can get out more often! :-)

Babies ~ Falon

First of all, I have to give a big thank you to Nancy Eddy for the referral! Thanks Nancy! It's been a LONG time since SWOSU & dreaded Comp Sci COBAL!

I had the great pleasure of hanging out with little Falon and Jeri today! Isn't Falon just the cutest thing ever? What a name too - FALON! I love it!!! She hasn't quite mastered sitting up yet, but grandma and I were able to get a few smiles out of her. Our plans were to meet at Hafer Park today in Edmond, but apparently there was a big car show going on so we settled on a little park close by. It was a little warm and humid out and I bet grandma didn't know that we were going to go on a mini hike to get where we were going! Thanks Jeri for toughing it out!!!! You both were great and I had fun time with you! All these little baby GIRLS I am hanging out with sure are giving me baby fever again...

Should we go for #3 and hope it's a girl?? :-)

Tea & See/Baby Shower - Ringwood, OK

Over Memorial Day weekend, Miss Addison (my new niece) and her parents came back down from South Carolina for a visit! While they were here they had a "Tea & See". What's a "Tea & See" you ask? It's kind of like a baby shower, I guess. Since Amanda & Casey live so far away and not everyone was able to meet Miss Addison right away this was their opportunity for friends and family to finally get to meet her. The big event was held at the Indian Creek Village Whinery in Ringwood, OK. It's a GREAT place to visit if you are ever in that part of the state! We had to bring home a few bottles of "Niagara" for me - very tasty!! Here are a few pictures of the event!

Family!

The weather in Oklahoma is so unpredictable! I have had so many sessions scheduled but due to the crazy wind and chances of rain we had to cancel and reschedule! The weekend wasn't a total loss though. I was able to snap a few pictures of my new niece, Addison and her mommy! My wonderful sister-in-law is such a great mommy! We were so happy they decided to fly down from South Carolina so we could finally meet little Addison!























This weekend, we also found some time to head to Hafer Park in Edmond. We packed a lunch, found a picnic table, and almost got eye-to-eye with a few of the extremely "friendly" squirrels that roam the park! They were very entertaining to my 21mo old! His eyes would get so big when he saw them come near us! Personally, I was a little scared of the little critters! I remember what happens in National Lampoon's Christmas Vacaction!!!

This is Kinley and she is turning 2! I posted this picture again because I wanted to include information about the cute little outfit she is wearing. It was made by a lady named Sheila Goza (www.lilpinkchicken.etsy.com). I took her family photos (see below) right after Christmas. We discussed doing a spring session with some little models to show off her line of clothing. So check out her website and give her a call!

It was a busy weekend, but not as busy as I had hoped. The wind was crazy this weekend and I had 4 session scheduled but only 2 families decided to brave the wind! I was able to squeeze in some dear friends of ours and make it 3! You just can't tell what the weather will be like in Oklahoma!
